KJ College of Engineering and Management Research offers four-year full-time undergraduate degree courses in ‘Bachelor of Engineering’ with specialisations in Civil Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering, and Mechanical Engineering. The KJ College of Engineering and Management Research B.E/B.Tech fee for Open, OBC, and ST category candidates is 85,000, 47,285 and 9,578 respectively. The seat intake for Civil Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering, and Mechanical Engineering is 120, 120, 30, 30 and 90 correspondingly. 

The KJCOEMR postgraduate courses include specialisation in Computer Engineering, Computer Networks, Civil-Structural Engineering and Mechanical-Design Engineering with a seat intake of 24 for each specialisation. The KJ College of Engineering and Management Research M.E/M.Tech fee is Rs 77,500 (annually). 

KJ College of Engineering and Management Research UG admission policies are governed by the Director of Technical Education (DTE Maharashtra). Candidates shall have an SSC mark sheet, HSC mark sheet/Diploma for DSE admission, JEE Main/GATE scorecard, School leaving certificate, Caste Certificate (if applicable) and parents' income certificate for TFWS candidates. According to the guidelines, centralised admission procedures are used to fill 80% of each course's seats through JEE/GATE score while the rest 20% of the seats are filled at the institute level.
